Tenten, Binggoy, and Serena surprise Dodoy and Taps with a wedding anniversary party. In the midst of the festivity, Dodoy suddenly experiences severe chest pain, prompting his family to rush him to the hospital. There, the Ibarras learn that Dodoy needs to undergo a heart bypass surgery that costs a million. Serena then begs her mother to help Tenten’s family, but Luciana refuses.
